Hosting a big free street festival requires a lot of time and resources! Girard Business and Arts Association (GBAA), is a small non-profit with a strained budget. GBAA has partnered with Philadelphia Film and Music Festival (Philly F/M Fest) to provide live music, but additional support is welcomed.
